Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course or using our website. By booking a class or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Let's Take A Breath CPR Certifications LLC provides mobile CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS certification training. All certifications are issued through the American Red Cross and affiliated authorized training centers.

2. Enrollment & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your enrollment.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your class before training begins.

  • Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

  • Group and corporate pricing is available, contact us directly for a quote.

3. Certification

  • Participants must complete all required coursework, skills demonstration, and assessments to receive certification.

  • Certifications are valid for 2 years from the date of completion, as determined by the American Heart Association and American Red Cross.

  • We are not responsible for any employer or licensing requirements beyond what is stated in the course description.

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must arrive on time and be prepared to actively participate in hands-on skills practice.

  • Participants must disclose any physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in CPR skills practice (including performing chest compressions).

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or prevents others from learning.

5. Liability Waiver

CPR training involves physical activity, including chest compression practice on manikins. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and agree to hold Let's Take a Breath CPR Certifications LLC, its instructors, and affiliates harmless from any injury or claim arising from participation in training, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and curriculum are the property of the American Red Cross or their respective owners. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any training materials.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the St. Joseph, Missouri area.
