We understand that plans change. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.
Deposit Requirement A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your class date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your class. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations by Participants

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled class: Full refund or free reschedule.

Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the scheduled class: 50% refund or one free reschedule (at equal or lesser value).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class: No refund. You may reschedule once.

No-shows (without prior contact): No refund and no reschedule credit.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Reschedules are subject to the timeframes noted above.
Cancellations by Let's Take a Breath CPR
In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. We will notify you as soon as possible via the contact information on file.
Group Bookings
For corporate or group bookings of 5 or more participants, separate cancellation terms may apply as outlined in your group booking agreement. Please contact us directly to discuss.
Non-Refundable Items
